Trimformworks have been involved in multiple student accommodation projects such as the Point Campus and Dorset Point projects.

Point Campus consists of two vast seven story blocks house facilities for 935 bed student accommodation, the development also consists of 866sq metres of commercial retail space and 462sq metres of communal facilities. 

Dorset Point, a six-storey mixed-use development  facilitates 447 students, the project layout consisted of 5 blocks. The various blocks ranged from 3 to 6 floors above ground with a basement plant room below. The blocks were set around internal court yards. From a construction point of view the planning  and building of these developments were executed with pinpoint accuracy.
